  3. Add Questions — choose validated PROMs or compose custom items.
  4. Invite Participants — send secure email/SMS links; capture consent.
  5. Schedule & Rules — configure reminders and non-response nudges.
  6. Monitor — track completion, adverse events, and trends.
  7. Analyse & Report — dashboards, summaries, exports.

Participant Journey

  1. Receive Invitation — secure link via email/SMS.
  2. Provide Consent — clear, plain-language explanation.
  3. Complete Check-ins — on the assigned cadence.
  4. Reminders — follow-ups if a check-in is missed.
  5. Submit — responses stored securely.
